Questions

Is my signature stored or uploaded?: No, and this is the one tool where that really matters. The drawing lives on a canvas in your tab and is exported to a file on your device. It is never transmitted, never saved, and gone the moment you close the page.
Free for business use?: Yes. Use the PNG on invoices, contracts and letterheads. No licence, no attribution, no cost.
Is the output limited in size or resolution?: No. The signature is exported at a high enough resolution to print cleanly, and there is no cap on how many you make.
Can I sign with my finger on a phone?: Yes — touch drawing works on iPhone and Android, and pressure is picked up from an Apple Pencil or stylus so the stroke thins out naturally.
Do I need to sign up to download the PNG?: No. Ironically, a lot of e-signature sites want an account before they will give you your own handwriting. This one just downloads it.
