One-click transparent cutouts

Cutting a subject out used to mean an hour with a lasso tool or a site that shows you a lovely preview and then charges for the full-resolution file. Here the cutout model downloads into your browser and runs on your own machine, so you get a transparent PNG at full size, immediately, with nothing stamped across it.

Questions
Does the photo get sent to an AI service?
No. The model file is fetched once and cached, then everything runs locally. Your photo is never posted to an API, which is unusual for this particular job.
What kind of photos work best?
A clear subject against a background that differs from it. Fine hair, chain-link fences and glass are the traditional hard cases and may need a touch-up.
Why is the first run slow?
The cutout model is tens of megabytes and has to download before it can run. After that it is cached and every subsequent image is much faster.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, though a phone will take longer. Use Wi-Fi for the first run and stick to reasonably sized photos.
Do I pay for the full-size download?
No. Full resolution, no watermark, no account — the exact thing the paid sites hold back.
